Investor can seek clarification for their queries or raise a complaint by writing to us at client.service@rockstudcap.com.
In case the investor is not satisfied with the resolution it can escalate their queries or complain by writing to us at complianceofficer@rockstudcap.com.
A letter may also be written with their query/complaint and posted at the below mentioned address:
SEBI has launched a new web based centralized grievance system called SCORES i.e., SEBI Complaints Redressal System, for online filing, forwarding and tracking of resolution of investor complaints. Accordingly, without prejudice to anything stated above, the investor can also register its grievance/complaint through SCORES (SEBI Complaints Redress System), post which SEBI may forward the complaint to the Portfolio Manager and the Portfolio Manager will suitably address the same. SCORES is available at https://www.scores.gov.in/scores/Welcome.html
The Investors may also initiate dispute resolution through SMARTODR at any stage of the escalations mentioned herein above.
Investors have an option to be on-boarded directly for the portfolio management services or alternative investment services without intermediation of persons engaged in distribution services as required by SEBI Regulations.
