Bhairavi joined Rockstud Capital in April 2023. She focuses on deal sourcing, evaluation and closure while also helping portfolio companies in follow-on rounds and exits. She also assists in Fund’s strategic decisions & building ecosystem network for the Fund and the portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Rockstud Capital, she spent over 4 years in the VC space working with Venture Catalysts & 100X.VC where she handled investments along with managing 100+ portfolio companies, raising funds for them and enabling exit for investors.

She has a Dual Master’s Degree - MBA (Finance) from ISME - School of Management & Entrepreneurship and also holds a fellowship as part of Dean’s list. Bhairavi has also done Masters in Commerce (Finance) from Mumbai University. She has also pursued a certification course in Investment Banking and Merger & Acquisitions.

Atharva joined Rockstud Capital in June of 2025. He focuses on deal evaluation and execution as well as maintaining relationships with portfolio companies and providing strategic inputs across multiple business domains.

Atharva has over 5 years of experience in various domains including consultancy, start-ups, investment banking as well as venture capital. Atharva has worked as a part of the founding team at an early stage startup in the agri-tech domain and has been an advisor on multiple fundraising projects domestically as well as across Europe and USA.

Atharva has a Masters in Finance from Lancaster University and has a Bachelors in Management studies from UPG College of Management in Mumbai.

Drishti Sodha joined Rockstud Capital in July 2025, bringing with her a deep-rooted expertise in the early-stage venture capital ecosystem. With a strong foundation in startup evaluation, market research, and portfolio support, Drishti combines analytical rigor with a sharp instinct for identifying scalable, high-potential ventures. Her professional journey reflects a consistent focus on enabling emerging entrepreneurs through strategic guidance, investor relations, and ecosystem building. She is particularly skilled in conducting due diligence, financial modeling, and founder engagement, making her a well-rounded asset to the Rockstud Capital investment team.

Before joining Rockstud, Drishti was part of the investments team at Lead Angels, where she worked closely on deal sourcing, diligence, and founder engagement. She also gained valuable experience at Morgan Stanley in the Treasury Control department, building a strong foundation in financial analysis and compliance.

Drishti has completed all three levels of the CFA program. She holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor’s in Commerce (Financial Markets) from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics.

Tejaswini focuses on deal sourcing, and evaluation of the companies. She also assists in building ecosystem networks for the Fund and the portfolio companies. She joined Rockstud Capital in January 2025.

Prior to this, Tejaswini spent over 4 years working in the VC space and with startups as well. Previously, she worked with 360 ONE Asset (earlier Mumbai Angels) as part of the VC Team where she handled investments and exits along with managing and advising 35+ portfolio companies on corporate governance best practices, fundraise, M&A and IPO. Previously, she also worked with startups like FlexiLoans (Fintech), and AyurDNA (Health and Wellness).

She has a Master’s Degree in International Business (with specialization in Finance) from SDA Bocconi School of Management from Bocconi University, Milan, which is ranked 3rd best B-school in the world (by Financial Times in 2024).

Rajesh has been associated with Rockstud Capital since the formation of the organisation. He oversees financial accounting and management, banking operations, cash management, budgeting, and tax and regulatory compliance.

With over 17 years of experience in accounts and finance within the education sector, Rajesh brings strong expertise in designing and preparing financial reports and ensuring adherence to regulatory and accounting requirements.

Rajesh is a B.Com graduate from the University of Mumbai and is an Inter CA.

Meha joined Rockstud in January 2025 as the Legal & Compliance Officer where she she oversees these functions across both the funds, supporting deal execution, investor documentation, and regulatory filings. Meha holds a Master’s in Securities and Investment Laws and brings regulatory experience from her time at NSE and Kotak Securities. Passionate about the intersection of law and capital markets, Meha brings a compliance-first yet business-aligned approach to fund operations.

Vijay joined Rockstud Capital in April 2024. He is a Manager - Fund Accounting in the Accounts & Compliance team, where he is responsible for fund accounting, regulatory compliance, and fund-level taxation. He also supports the Fund's operational activities.

Prior to joining Rockstud Capital, Vijay has over 5 years of professional experience across statutory audit, finance, and taxation. He spent more than 2 years with one of the Big Four firms, KPMG, where he was involved in statutory audits of venture capital funds and other public companies. He has also worked for over 3 years with a leading Chartered Accountancy firm, D.K. Saklecha & Company, Indore, gaining extensive experience in finance and taxation.

Vijay is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore.
