Everest Fleet Pvt Ltd is one of the largest fleet management service provider to cab aggregators like Uber and Ola in Mumbai. It has also recently started operations in Bangalore. One of the major issues for cab aggregators has been scaling, utilizing assets efficiently, managing drivers and overall operations. Everest has been successfully addressing these issues and now looking to scale to more than 500 cabs in next 1 year. The cabs provided by the Company run on 2-shifts every day, thus ensuring optimum utilization of asset and lowest downtime. They are exploring adding electric vehicles in their fleet and would target to be the largest player in the segment.
